ਬਰੁੱਕਫੀਲਡ ਇੰਟਰਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਸਕੂਲ, ਸਿਧਵਾਂ ਰੋਡ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਨਵਾਂ ਮੀਲ ਪੱਥਰ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਐਨ ਸੀ ਸੀ (ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਕੈਡਿਟ ਕੋਰ) ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਬੈਚ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਬੜੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ ਇਰਾਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਅੰਕੂ ਯਾਦਵ ਦੀ ਯੋਗ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਏ ਇਸ ਸਫ਼ਰ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਗਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਨਵੀਂ ਲਹਿਰ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੀ। ਪਰੇਡ ਗਰਾਊਂਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕੈਡਿਟਾਂ ਨੇ ਡਰਿੱਲ ਕਮਾਂਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁਹਾਰਤ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਟੀਮ ਵਰਕ, ਆਤਮ-ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਇਕਾਗਰਤਾ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਜਜ਼ਬਾ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਡਰ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਅਹਿਮ ਕਦਮ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੈਜ਼ੀਡੈਂਟ ਮਾਨਵ ਸਿੰਗਲਾ ਨੇ ਕੈਡਿਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਬਾਰਕਬਾਦ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਐਨ ਸੀ ਸੀ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਬਣਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਵਰਦੀ ਪਹਿਨਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਦੇਸ਼ ਸੇਵਾ ਅਤੇ ਚਰਿੱਤਰ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਦੀ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ ਹੈ। ਸਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਬੈਚ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਮਾਣ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦੇ ਮੋਹਰੀ ਆਗੂ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਉੱਭਰਨਗੇ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੈਡਿਟਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨ, ਸਾਹਸ ਅਤੇ ਇਮਾਨਦਾਰੀ ਹੀ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਦੀ ਕੁੰਜੀ ਹੈ। ਸਾਡਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਆਗੂ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਦ੍ਰਿੜਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਕਾਰਾਤਮਕ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਲਿਆਉਣ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਕੈਡਿਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਕੈਂਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਊਰਜਾਵਾਨ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਸਿਰਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਸਕੂਲ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੈਡਿਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਉੱਜਵਲ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦੀ ਕਾਮਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ।

Brookfield International School, Sidhwan Road, setting a new benchmark in the field of education and discipline, has started the first batch of its NCC (National Cadet Corps) with great enthusiasm and determination. The journey which started under the able guidance of Anku Yadav saw a new wave of patriotism and discipline among the students. During the exercise at the Parade Ground, the cadets displayed excellent display of teamwork, confidence and concentration along with mastering drill commands. This spirit of the students will prove to be an important step in the direction of making them responsible and fearless citizens of the country in the times to come.
On this occasion, the President of the school, Manav Singla, while congratulating the cadets, said that being a part of NCC is not just about wearing the uniform but also about commitment to serve the nation and build character. We are proud of our first batch of students, who will emerge as future leaders through discipline and hard work. He appreciated the efforts of the cadets and motivated them saying that discipline, courage and honesty are the keys to success. Our aim is to create young leaders who will rise to the challenges with determination and bring about positive change in the society. The enthusiasm of the cadets on the occasion created an energetic atmosphere in the entire school campus. The cadets were given the opportunity by the school management.
