ਥਾਣਾ ਸੰਭੂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ, 1 ਕਿਲੋ ਹੈਰੋਇਨ, ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਪਿਸਤੌਲ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਸੀ ਕੱਟਾ ਸਮੇਤ 3 ਸਮੱਗਲਰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ

ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ (ਥਾਣਾ ਸੰਭੂ), 17 ਫਰਵਰੀ (ਸੁਸੀਲ ਕੁਮਾਰ) — ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ “ਯੁੱਧ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਅਤੇ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਵਾਰ” ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਤਹਿਤ ਵੱਡੀ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਥਾਣਾ ਸੰਭੂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ 1 ਕਿਲੋਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਹੈਰੋਇਨ, ਇਕ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਪਿਸਤੌਲ, ਇਕ ਦੇਸੀ ਕੱਟਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਕ ਕਾਰ ਸਮੇਤ ਤਿੰਨ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਸਮੱਗਲਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਇਹ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਐਸ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ. ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਵਰਨ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ IPS ਦੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ-ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਐਸ.ਪੀ. ਇਨਵੈਸਟੀਗੇਸ਼ਨ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰਬੰਸ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਉਪ ਕਪਤਾਨ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਘਨੌਰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਹਰਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਰਹਿਨੁਮਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ।

ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮਿਤੀ 5 ਫਰਵਰੀ 2026 ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ ਹੈਪੀ ਵਾਸੀ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਸ ਪਾਸੋਂ 1 ਕਿਲੋਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਹੈਰੋਇਨ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਜਾਂਚ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਏ ਲਿੰਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਹੈਪੀ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ ਸਮਸ਼ੇਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ 10 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

ਅੱਗੇ ਤਫਤੀਸ਼ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਲਿੰਕਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਤੀਜੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਆਰੀਫ ਉਰਫ ਗੁੰਡਾ ਉਰਫ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨੂੰ 13 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਗਾਜੀਆਬਾਦ (ਯੂ.ਪੀ.) ਤੋਂ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਸ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਇਕ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਪਿਸਤੌਲ (TiSAS TURKIYA ZIGANAK 9X19 mm) ਸਮੇਤ ਮੈਗਜ਼ੀਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਕ ਦੇਸੀ ਕੱਟਾ 315 ਬੋਰ ਵੀ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਵਰਨਾ ਕਾਰ ਨੰਬਰ PB08DL8834 ਵੀ ਕਬਜ਼ੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸਦਾ ਇਸ ਸਮੱਗਲਿੰਗ ਨੈਟਵਰਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ।

ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਨੰਬਰ 24 ਮਿਤੀ 05-02-2026 ਅਧੀਨ NDPS ਐਕਟ ਅਤੇ ਆਰਮਜ਼ ਐਕਟ ਤਹਿਤ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਟੈਕਨੀਕਲ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਪਤ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਛਾਪੇਮਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨਾਲ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰਾਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਰਵੱਈਏ ਦਾ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

Rajpura, Feb 17 (UNI) The Punjab Police has achieved a major success under its campaign “War Against Drugs and War on Gangsters”. The Sambhu police have arrested three drug smugglers including 1 kg heroin, a foreign pistol, a country-made knife and a car.

The action was taken by the Honourable SSP. Patiala Mr. Waran Sharma IPS Guidelines & SP The investigation was carried out under the guidance of Mr. Gurbans Singh and Deputy Superintendent of Police Ghanaur Mr. Harmanpreet Singh.

According to the police, on February 5, 2026, the first accused, Harpreet Singh alias Happy, a resident of Ludhiana, was arrested and 1 kg of heroin was recovered from him. The second accused, Happy Singh alias Shamsher Singh, was arrested on February 10 on the basis of the links revealed during the investigation.

Investigating further, the police arrested the third accused, Arif alias Gunda alias Pradhan, from Ghaziabad (UP) on February 13. A foreign pistol (TiSAS TURKIYA ZIGANAK 9X19 mm) along with a magazine and a country-made Kata 315 bore were also recovered from him.

Apart from this, the police have also seized the Verna car number PB08DL8834 which was being used in this smuggling network.

Police informed that a case has been registered in this case under NDPS Act and Arms Act vide case number 24 dated 05-02-2026. Police are investigating on the basis of technical and secret information and raids are being conducted to arrest more accused.

This action has sent a clear message of strict attitude of the police against drug smugglers and gangsters.
