ਸਾਹਿਬਜ਼ਾਦਾ ਅਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਗਰ, 25 ਫਰਵਰੀ (ਪੁਸ਼ਪਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੁਰਾਲੀ) ਆਗਾਮੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਤੀਸ਼ੀਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ਕ ਸੰਮੇਲਨ 2026, ਜੋ 13 ਤੋਂ 15 ਮਾਰਚ ਤੱਕ ਪਲਾਕਸ਼ਾ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਟੀ, ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਵਿਖੇ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਦੇ ਸੰਦਰਭ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਕੋਮਲ ਮਿੱਤਲ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਕੈਂਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਮਾਡਾ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਕ ਸਾਕਸ਼ੀ ਸਾਹਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਐਸ ਐਸ ਪੀ ਹਰਮਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਹਾਂਸ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਸਥਾਰਪੂਰਵਕ ਸਮੀਖਿਆ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ। ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਿਆਰੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਚਰਚਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਸਥਾਨ ਵੱਲ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਮਾਰਗਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਆਵਾਜਾਈ ਸੁਚਾਰੂ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਮਹਿਮਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਵਿਧਾ ਲਈ ਸਥਾਨ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਤਾਵਿਤ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਵਿਚਾਰ-ਵਟਾਂਦਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਗਮਾਡਾ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਕ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨਾਲ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਲਾਜਿਸਟਿਕ ਤਿਆਰੀਆਂ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਕਰਵਾ ਲਈਆਂ ਜਾਣ। ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਡੀ ਸੀ ਕੋਮਲ ਮਿੱਤਲ ਨੇ ਐਸ ਐਸ ਪੀ ਹਰਮਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਹਾਂਸ ਨਾਲ ਟਰੈਫਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ਕਾਂ, ਉਦਯੋਗਪਤੀਆਂ, ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਸਖਸ਼ੀਅਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਆਮਦ-ਰਫ਼ਤ ਅਤੇ ਦਾਖ਼ਲਾ ਸੁਚਾਰੂ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਸੰਭਾਵਿਤ ਮਹਿਮਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਮਦ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਦਿਆਂ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਰੂਪ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੰਬੰਧਤ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਗੀਦਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਸਥਾਨ ਵੱਲ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਮਾਰਗ ਲਗਭਗ ਫਾਈਨਲ ਕਰ ਲਏ ਗਏ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਟਰੈਫਿਕ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਮਾਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਥੇ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਉੱਚ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵੇਂ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਆਕਰਸ਼ਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦਗਾਰ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।

DC, GMADA CA & SSP hold meeting to make arrangements for Progressive Punjab Investors Summit 2026

In the context of the upcoming Progressive Punjab Investors Summit 2026 to be held from March 13 to 15 at Palaksha University, Mohali, Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal today held a detailed review meeting with GMADA Chief Administrator Sakshi Sahni and SSP Harmandeep Singh Hans at the University campus. During the meeting, the preparations for the event were discussed in detail and necessary instructions were issued to smoothen the traffic on all approach routes leading to the venue. Apart from this, the proposed parking spaces near the venue were also discussed for the convenience of the guests visiting during the event. The Deputy Commissioner urged the Chief Administrator of GMADA to complete all the basic and logistical preparations in time in collaboration with the district administration. Similarly, DC Komal Mittal also discussed with SSP Harmandeep Singh Hans about traffic management and security arrangements to ensure smooth entry and entry of investors, industrialists, prominent personalities and media personnel. Parking arrangements were also finalised keeping in mind the influx of prospective guests. The Deputy Commissioner said that the routes leading to the venue have been almost finalized by the district administration in collaboration with the concerned departments and stakeholders, so as to avoid traffic woes. He said that it is a matter of pride for Mohali that such a high level event is being held here.
