ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ‘ਚ ਗਊ ਰਕਸ਼ਾ ਦਲ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਹੰਗ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸ਼ੰਕਰਾਚਾਰੀਆ ਜੀ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਦਰਜ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ

ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਹੋਟਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਊ ਰਕਸ਼ਾ ਦਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਕ ਅਹਿਮ ਪ੍ਰੈੱਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸੰਗਠਨ ਦੇ ਕੌਮੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸਤੀਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ਼ੰਕਰਾਚਾਰੀਆ ਜੀ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੇ ਕੇਸ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਅਤੇ ਝੂਠੇ ਹਨ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੈੱਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮਕਸਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਬੁਲੰਦ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਬਾਬਾ ਰੁਪਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਬਾਬਾ ਸੁੱਖਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਹੰਗ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਆਗੂ ਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।

ਸਤੀਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਵੀ ਕੋਈ ਸੰਤ-ਮਹਾਤਮਾ ਜਾਂ ਸਨਾਤਨੀ ਆਗੂ ਗਊ ਰਕਸ਼ਾ, ਮੰਦਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਜਾਂ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਅਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਮਸਲਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਉਠਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਦਬਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੰਦਰਭ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 2016 ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਵੀ ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਿੰਨ ਸਾਲ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਪਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਹਰਾਇਆ ਕਿ “ਸੱਚ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਦਬਾਇਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਜਿੰਨੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ, ਉਹ ਉਨੀ ਹੀ ਤਾਕਤ ਨਾਲ ਉਭਰੇਗੀ।”

ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਨਿਹੰਗ ਸਿੰਘ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਮਸਲਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਬੋਲਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਲੋਕਤੰਤਰ ਲਈ ਠੀਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।

An important press conference was held by the Gau Raksha Dal at a private hotel in Rajpura. Meanwhile, the national president of the organisation, Satish Kumar, said that the cases registered against Shankaracharya are politically motivated and false.

He said that the main purpose of this press conference was to condemn those cases in the strongest possible terms and raise voice in favour of the religious leaders. Baba Rupinder Singh, Baba Sukha Singh and other leaders of Nihang organizations were also present on the occasion.

“Whenever a saint-mahatma or a Sanatani leader raises questions on issues related to cow protection, freedom of temples or religious places, an attempt is made to suppress him through legal action,” Kumar claimed.

He also said that in 2016, a similar case was registered against him and he had to spend three years in jail. He reiterated that “the voice of truth cannot be suppressed and the more effort is made, the stronger it will emerge.” ”

On the occasion, Nihang Singh leaders also condemned the cases and said that targeting those who speak on religious issues is not good for democracy.
