ਸਾਹਿਬਜ਼ਾਦਾ ਅਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਗਰ, 2 ਮਾਰਚ (ਪੁਸ਼ਪਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੁਰਾਲੀ) : ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸ. ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ. ਹਰਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੈਂਸ ਦੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ-ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਸੋਨਾਲੀ ਗਿਰੀ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਅੱਜ ਮਾਨਵ ਮੰਗਲ ਸਕੂਲ, ਸੈਕਟਰ-88 ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਵਿਖੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਕਿਸ਼ੋਰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਅਤੇ ਸਲਾਨਾ ਇਨਾਮ ਵੰਡ ਸਮਾਰੋਹ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ।
ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਫਸਰ (ਸੈਕੰਡਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ) ਡਾ. ਗਿੰਨੀ ਦੁਗਲ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਡਾ. ਕੁਸਮ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ, ਡਾ. ਕ੍ਰਿਤਿਕਾ ਗੋਇਲ (ਮੈਕਸ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ) ਅਤੇ ਸ੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਆਕ੍ਰਿਤੀ, ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸੈਕੈਂਡਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਕੁਰੜੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਸ਼ੋਰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਬਾਲੜੀਆਂ ਵੱਲ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਧਿਆਨ ਦੇਣ ‘ਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਡਾ. ਗਿੰਨੀ ਦੁਗਲ ਨੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਕੇਂਦਰਿਤ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖਤਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਠਵੀਂ, ਦਸਵੀਂ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਰਵੀਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਸਲਾਨਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਹਿਜ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਕਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਜਾਣ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਦਾ ਸੁਖਾਵਾਂ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਉਸਾਰਨਾ, ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਸਮਝ ਵਿਕਸਿਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਕਲਪਗਤ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਸਾਡਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਚਲਾਏ ਗਏ ਮੈਡੀਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਸਫਲਤਾਪੂਰਵਕ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਮੂਹ ਸਕੂਲ ਮੁਖੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਵੀ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਸਲਾਨਾ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਬੇਹਤਰੀਨ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਲਈ ਰਨਿੰਗ ਟਰਾਫੀਆਂ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਰਿਵਾਇਤ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਸਾਲ 2025-26 ਲਈ ਐਸ.ਓ.ਈ 3 ਬੀ 1 ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਸਥਾਨ, ਐਸ.ਓ.ਈ ਬਨੂੜ ਨੇ ਦੂਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸੈਕੈਂਡਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਰਾਮਗੜ੍ਹ ਨੇ ਤੀਜਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਹਾਸਿਲ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਹਾਈ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਹਾਈ ਸਕੂਲ ਰਾਣੀ ਮਾਜਰਾ ਪਹਿਲੇ, ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਹਾਈ ਸਕੂਲ ਰਸਨਹੇੜੀ ਦੂਜੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਹਾਈ ਸਕੂਲ ਬਲਟਾਣਾ ਤੀਜੇ ਸਥਾਨ ‘ਤੇ ਰਹੇ। ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਿਡਲ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਮਿਡਲ ਸਕੂਲ ਮੁੰਡੀ ਖਰੜ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾ, ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਮਿਡਲ ਸਕੂਲ ਬਡਾਲੀ ਨੇ ਦੂਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਮਿਡਲ ਸਕੂਲ ਚਾਹੜ ਮਾਜਰਾ ਨੇ ਤੀਜਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਗਏ ਕਲਾ ਉਤਸਵ, ਗਣਿਤ ਮੇਲਾ, ਟੀਚਰ ਫੈਸਟ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਮੇਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਜੇਤੂ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਇਨਾਮ ਤਕਸੀਮ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ।
ਐਸ.ਓ.ਈ 3 ਬੀ 1 ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਸ. ਸ਼ਲਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਮੇਤ ਹੋਰ ਜੇਤੂ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲਾਂ ਨੇ ਡਾ. ਗਿੰਨੀ ਦੁਗਲ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਇਸ ਉਪਰਾਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾਯੋਗ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਦੱਸਿਆ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਉਪ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਫਸਰ (ਐਲੀਮੈਂਟਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਕੰਡਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ) ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ ਸਿੰਘ, ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਵੋਕੇਸ਼ਨਲ ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਸਤਿੰਦਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਮੇਤ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ, ਮੁੱਖ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਅਤੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।

As per the directives of the Chief Minister Mr. Bhagwant Singh Mann and Education Minister Mr. Harjot Singh Bains and under the guidance of Secretary School Education Mrs. Sonali Giri, District Level Kishore Education Programme and Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony were held at Manav Mangal School, Sector-88, Mohali today.
The programme was inaugurated by District Education Officer (Secondary Education) Dr. Organised by Ginni Duggal and her team. During the event, Dr. Kusum Patiala, Dr. Kritika Goel (Max Hospital, Chandigarh) and Mrs. Akriti, Principal, Government Senior Secondary School, Kurdi shared their views on adolescent education and stressed on the need to pay special attention to the girl child.
On this occasion, Dr. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Ginni Duggal said that prominence should be given to student centric education in schools and exams should be conducted as per the rules by providing a conducive environment to the children during the ongoing annual examinations of Class VIII, X and XII. He said that building a conducive learning environment in schools, developing foundational understanding among students and strengthening the conceptual learning process are our main objectives.
He congratulated all the school heads for successfully completing the meditation programme conducted by the Punjab Government and motivated them to continue working with enthusiasm.
On this occasion, a new tradition of awarding running trophies to the best performing schools during the annual activities was also launched. For the year 2025-26, SOE 3B1 bagged the first position, SOE Banur secured the second position and Government Senior Secondary School, Ramgarh secured the third position.
