ਮੋਰਿੰਡਾ : ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਪ੍ਰੀਸ਼ਦ ਮੋਰਿੰਡਾ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਸਰਬਸੰਮਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਟੇਟ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗੁਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੋਣ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਰਹੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਦੇਖ-ਰੇਖ ਹੇਠ ਚੋਣ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਸੰਪੰਨ ਹੋਈ।

ਚੋਣ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਰਬਸੰਮਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਟੇਕ ਚੰਦ ਗੋਪਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਚੁਣਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਤਿੰਦਰ ਗੁੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਮਨੀਸ਼ ਵਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਟ ਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਜ਼ਾਨਚੀ ਚੁਣਿਆ ਗਿਆ।

ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਜਗਦੀਸ਼ ਵਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਨਵੀਂ ਟੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਦਿਵਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਸਾਰੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਨਵੀਂ ਟੀਮ ਦਾ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਪ੍ਰੀਸ਼ਦ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਵਧਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਸੇਵਾ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਪਹਿਲ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਤਹਿ ਦਿਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ।

ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਹਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਸੂਦ, ਡਾ. ਸ਼ਿਵ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਕੌੜਾ, ਵਿਜੇ ਅਗਨੀਹੋਤਰੀ, ਸੁਰੇਸ਼ ਡੋਰਾ, ਹਾਕਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਮੇਤ ਹੋਰ ਪਤਵੰਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੀਸ਼ਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।

Morinda: The election of the Bharat Vikas Parishad Morinda was held unanimously. On this occasion, Gurdeep Singh was present as election in-charge on behalf of the Punjab State Committee and under his supervision, the election process was completed.

During the election, Shri Tek Chand Gopal was unanimously elected as the President. Similarly, Jitendra Gumber was elected secretary and Manish Vashisht was elected treasurer.

On this occasion, the incumbent president Jagdish Verma congratulated the new team and assured that all the members would cooperate with the new team. He said projects of the Bharat Vikas Council would be further scaled up, and social service work would be taken up wholeheartedly on priority.

Former president Harvinder Sood, Dr. Shiv Kumar Kaura, Vijay Agnihotri, Suresh Dora, Hakam Singh and other dignitaries and council members were present.
