ਮਿਸਲ ਸਤਲੁਜ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਥ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਫਤਿਹਗੜ੍ਹ ਪੈਲੇਸ (ਕੁਰਾਲੀ) ਵਿਖੇ ਰੱਖੀ ਗਈ ਰੈਲੀ ‘ਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਰੋਕ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋਏ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੁਰਾਲੀ-ਸਿਸਵਾਂ ਰੋਡ ‘ਤੇ ਧਰਨਾ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਹੀ ਰੈਲੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਇਕੱਠ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਮਿਸਲ ਦੇ ਬਾਨੀ ਅਜੈਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਰਾੜ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀ ਦਾ ਮਕਸਦ ਪੰਥ ਦੀ ਏਕਤਾ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਅਤੇ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਲੋਕ-ਹਿੱਤ ਦੀ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਦੀ ਕਾਇਮੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਰੈਲੀ ਰੱਖੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ‘ਤੇ ਰੋਕ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਅਹਿਸਾਸ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਹੀ ਰਸਤੇ ‘ਤੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਵੱਧ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਨਾਲ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਅਖੌਤੀ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਹਿੱਲੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦਾ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਰੰਗ ਲਿਆਵੇਗੀ।
ਲੋਕ ਹਿੱਤ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਜੀਦਪੁਰ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਿਸਲ ਸਤਲੁਜ ਦੀ ਰੈਲੀ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਅਪਣਾਏ ਗਏ ਰਵੱਈਏ ਦੀ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਥ ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਭਲਾਈ ਲਈ ਮਿਸਲ ਦੀ ਹਮਾਇਤ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਇਸ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਕੁਰਾਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਨਿਊ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਤੱਕ ਕਾਰ ਰੈਲੀ ਕੱਢੀ ਗਈ।

Chandigarh, May 3 (Pushpinder Singh Kurali):
People gathered under the banner of Misal Satluj staged a protest on Kurali-Siswan Road and held their rally there after the police administration stopped their scheduled gathering at Fatehgarh Palace, Kurali, which had been organized to raise issues related to the Panth and Punjab.
Addressing the gathering, Misal founder Ajaypal Singh Brar said that the objective of their organization is to strengthen Panthic unity, resolve Punjab’s major issues, and establish people-centric politics through elections. He said that this maiden rally had been organized to inform the public about their mission, but the government’s move to stop it made them realize that they are moving in the right direction.
He further stated that if their campaign has shaken the government and so-called political parties, it is a clear indication that their efforts will soon yield results.
Lok Hit Mission leader Ravinder Singh Wajidpur also addressed the gathering and condemned the government’s attitude towards the Misal Satluj rally. He announced his organization’s support for Misal Satluj in the interest of the Panth and Punjab.
Later, a car rally was taken out from Kurali to New Chandigarh.
