Appointment of Bhai Parabhjit Singh Khural as President of Riverside City by Shiromani Akali Dal (A), California

Morinda: Bhai Tarsem Singh Trali, President of Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) California State (A), along with Convenor Sarbjit Singh, has appointed India-based Bhai Parabhjit Singh Khural as President of the Riverside area. Akali leaders in Punjab have warmly welcomed this appointment, stating that it will strengthen the party in Riverside City.

Providing information in this regard, District Rupnagar President Ranjit Singh Santokhgarh and Vice-President Harjit Singh Dholan Majra said that Parabhjit Singh Khural is devoted to the Panth and is a hardworking individual. In recognition of his services to the party, Bhai Tarsem Singh has appointed him President of Riverside City.

It is noteworthy that recently, the Akali Dal (A) California organized a religious event at Gurdwara Dashmesh Darbar in Tulare, California, to commemorate the birth anniversary of Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale and the martyrdom day of Deep Sidhu with great devotion.

During the program, the concluding ceremony (Bhog) of Sri Sehaj Path Sahib was performed. Thereafter, Raagi groups, Dhadi groups, preachers, and Kavishri performers shared detailed insights with the congregation about the lives, teachings, and sacrifices of the revered figures. The martyrdom of Bhai Sandeep Singh (Deep Sidhu) was also remembered with respect. On this occasion, newly appointed President Prabhjit Singh Khural was honored with a siropa (robe of honor).

A large number of devotees from near and far attended the event. Gurbani recitation continued throughout the day, and arrangements for langar, parking, and other facilities were made efficiently.

During the program, Bhai Tarsem Singh Trali (President, California State), Bhai Ajit Singh Allarakha (Senior General Secretary), Bhai Sukhwinder Singh Thana, Bhai Amrik Singh, Bhai Parminder Singh Randhawa, Bhai Gurmeet Singh Chhina, and other leaders shared their views.
