ਸਰਪੰਚ ਹਰਪਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਕਤਲ ਕੇਸ -ਤਰਨ ਤਾਰਨ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦੋ ਹੋਰ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਐਨਕਾਊਂਟਰ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ

ਤਰਨ ਤਾਰਨ: ਸਰਪੰਚ ਹਰਪਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਕਤਲ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਰਨ ਤਾਰਨ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਹੋਰ ਦੋ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਗੁਰਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਵਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਐਨਕਾਊਂਟਰ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਬੂ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ।

ਐੱਸਐੱਸਪੀ ਤਰਨ ਤਾਰਨ ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰ ਲਾਂਬਾਂ ਨੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਏਕੇ-47 ਰਾਈਫਲ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਪਿਸਤੌਲ ਵੀ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸਰਪੰਚ ਕਤਲ ਕੇਸ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਚਾਰੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਐਨਕਾਊਂਟਰ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਾਬੂ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਫਾਇਨੈਂਸਰ, ਨਸ਼ਾ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਪੋਰਟਰਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਕੁੱਲ 11 ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ।

ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਕੇਸ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

Tarn Taran: In a major crackdown, the Tarn Taran police have arrested two more accused, Gurdev Singh Bawa and Manpreet Singh, in connection with the murder of Sarpanch Harpinder Singh. According to the police, both the accused were nabbed during the encounter.

SSP Tarn Taran Surinder Lamban said that an AK-47 rifle and a pistol were also recovered from the arrested accused.

He said that the four main accused in the Sarpanch murder case have been nabbed during the encounter so far. A total of 11 accused, including financiers, drug suppliers and other supporters, have been arrested.

The police are continuing to investigate the case and are also looking for other persons related to the case.
