ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਹਰੇਕ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਦੀ ਨਰੋਈ ਸਿਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਤੰਦਰੁਸਤੀ ਲਈ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਤਰਨ ਤਾਰਨ ਦੇ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਲਾਭ ਲਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਤਰਨ ਤਾਰਨ ਦੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਦੀ ਦੇਖ-ਰੇਖ ਹੇਠ ਜਿਥੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਕਸਬਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਧ-ਚੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਉਥੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਇਲਾਜ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਜਾਗਰੂਕ ਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਡ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰੀ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਜਾਗਰੂਕ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਕਾਰਡ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ 10 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਤੱਕ ਦਾ ਇਲਾਜ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਕਰਵਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਕਾਰਡ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਲੈਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਬੀਤੇ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਸਿਵਲ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਤਰਨ ਤਾਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਗੋਡਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਫਲ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਤਹਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
ਸਿਵਲ ਸਰਜਨ ਡਾ. ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਏ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮਾਹਿਰ ਡਾਕਟਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲੰਮੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਗੋਡਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਨਾਲ ਪੀੜਤ ਮਰੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਫਲ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਿਹਤ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਰੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਾਂਭ-ਸੰਭਾਲ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਧਿਆਨ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਰੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਵੀ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ।
ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਿਵਲ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਤਰਨ ਤਾਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ 56 ਸਾਲਾ ਦਰਬਾਰਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ 63 ਸਾਲਾ ਦੀਦਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਗੋਡਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਫਲ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ।
ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਮਰੀਜ਼ ਦਰਬਾਰਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਡ ਬਣਵਾਇਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਤਰਨ ਤਾਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਹਿਰ ਡਾਕਟਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਵਾ ਕੇ ਗੋਡਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਵਰਦਾਨ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਦੂਸਰੇ ਮਰੀਜ਼ ਦੀਦਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਗੋਡਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਲਾਗਤ ਵਾਲਾ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸੰਭਵ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਟੀਕਾਕਰਨ ਅਫਸਰ ਡਾ. ਵਰਿੰਦਰ ਪਾਲ ਕੌਰ, ਸਹਾਇਕ ਸਿਵਲ ਸਰਜਨ ਡਾ. ਜਸਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ, ਐਸ.ਐਮ.ਓ ਡਾ. ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ, ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਹਿਰ ਡਾ. ਆਕਾਸ਼ਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਮਾਸ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਅਫਸਰ ਸੁਖਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਸਮੇਤ ਹੋਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।

CHANDIGARH: The residents of Tarn Taran district are reaping the benefits of the Mukhyamantri Sehat Yojana, launched by Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann for the health and well-being of every citizen of the state.
Under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner Tarn Taran Mr. Rahul, the cards of the Mukhyamantri Sehat Yojana are being made in various towns and villages of the district and the citizens are also being made aware to avail their treatment through this scheme.
Deputy Commissioner Mr. Rahul said that there is a lot of enthusiasm among the people to make the Mukhyamantri Swasthya Yojana cards and the officers and employees of all the departments have been asked to make the people more aware about the scheme. He said that through this card, the citizens of the district can get treatment up to Rs 10 lakh free of cost.
He said that citizens have started availing the benefit of this card and in the recent past, successful knee operations of the citizens have been done at Civil Hospital Tarn Taran under the Mukhyamantri Swasthya Yojana.
Civil Surgeon Dr. Dr. Gurpreet Singh Rai said that through the Mukhyamantri Sehat Yojana, successful operations of patients suffering from chronic knee problems were done free of cost by specialist doctors. He said that special care was taken by the health officers and staff to take care of the patients before and after the operation.
He said that apart from conducting free operations of the patients, the department also provided medicines to them free of cost.
