ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, 12 ਮਈ (ਪੁਸ਼ਪਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੁਰਾਲੀ): ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਐੱਸ.ਐੱਸ.ਪੀ. ਮੁਹਾਲੀ ਹਰਮਨ ਹੰਸ, ਐੱਸ.ਪੀ. ਟ੍ਰੈਫਿਕ ਮਾਹਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਤੇ ਡੀਐੱਸਪੀ ਕਰਨੈਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ-ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਹੇਠ ਅੱਜ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਟ੍ਰੈਫਿਕ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਜਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਟ੍ਰੈਫਿਕ ਪੁਲਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲਗਾਏ ਨਾਕੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਤਿੰਨ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਇਕਲ ਜੁਗਾੜੂ ਰੇਹੜੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਬਤ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ।

ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਟ੍ਰੈਫਿਕ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਜਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਟ੍ਰੈਫਿਕ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਅਤੇ ਸੜਕ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਗੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਇਕਲ ਜੁਗਾੜੂ ਰੇਹੜੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਅੱਗੇ ਵੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹੇਗੀ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਟ੍ਰੈਫਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਚਾਰੂ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।

ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਏ.ਐੱਸ.ਆਈ. ਯਸ਼ਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ, ਏ.ਐੱਸ.ਆਈ. ਦਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਟ੍ਰੈਫਿਕ ਪੁਲਸ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਵੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।

Chandigarh, May 12 (Pushpinder Singh Kurali): Acting in compliance with the directions of the High Court and under the guidance of SSP Mohali Harman Hans, SP Traffic Mahal Singh, and DSP Karnail Singh, the local traffic police, led by Traffic In-charge Jagat Singh, seized three modified motorcycle carts during a naka checking drive conducted today.
Giving information in this regard, Traffic In-charge Jagat Singh said that the action was taken keeping in view traffic rule violations and road safety concerns.
Police officials stated that the campaign against illegal and unregistered modified motorcycle carts will continue in the future as well to ensure smooth traffic management and maintain road discipline.
